Envoy MQ Technical Support
Support requests can be sent in the following ways:
Make sure to include the following information with your support request:
- Product Version
- Operating System (including version) of the machine hosting the Envoy MQ client
- Operating System (including version) of the machine hosting the Envoy MQC (MQ Connector)
- Envoy MQ log file(s) - fmqsys.log located in the <Envoy MQ Installation Directory>/
- Envoy MQ Configuration file
